About the Client

samochodowy.pl (formerly Fleet Agency), is a company in the automotive industry specializing in vehicle financing. Operating since 2018, it stands out for its high flexibility and adaptation to customer needs. By offering the possibility of ordering an entire fleet of vehicles, it provides attractive financing conditions, which is the company’s main competitive advantage.

The company owners, Michał and Jakub, combined their passion for motoring with a determination to meet customer needs, creating a platform that allows for easy comparison of car offers and financing options.

Thanks to rapid and comprehensive rebranding and redesign, the e-commerce platform was successfully transformed into the samochodowy.pl brand in July 2024.

Client's Problem

As a result of market analysis and customer feedback, the owners of Fleet Agency found that the current brand does not meet the expectations of the main target group. They concluded that changing the name to a Polish-language one would better emphasize their local identity.

The described need prompted the company to conduct an in-depth marketing analysis and user experience on the existing online sales platform. As a result, a decision was made to rebrand and redesign the service.

Due to the business context, the implementation time was very limited – within a month, the Client had to communicate the new name and platform rebranding to the target group.

Proposed Solution

At the beginning, we conducted a needs analysis workshop. The following action plan was defined:

  1. Building UX/UI mockups compliant with the new brand guidelines and Design System,
  2. Designing the SEO migration process from the old platform to the new one, to avoid losing the currently generated organic traffic after the transfer,
  3. Building a new graphic template for the platform based on UX/UI mockups.

Once the first version of the mockups confirmed the final structure of the site, the SEO migration process could proceed simultaneously. Parallel execution of work was crucial to meeting the deadline.

Mockup approval took place incrementally – thanks to this, having already accepted the homepage mockups, we could proceed with its implementation despite the ongoing approval of other views.

This approach would not have been possible without effective communication between the parties involved in the process. Contact with the Client was very frequent, and our Project Manager communicated the status of work on an ongoing basis and obtained the necessary information so that the team’s work could proceed without major downtime.

Features were delivered in batches, which were tested and then accepted by the Client. Thanks to this approach, we could quickly deliver implemented modules and get feedback as soon as possible. Frequent communication with the Client allowed minimizing code corrections resulting from a misunderstanding of the concept by the specialist.

The last week was dedicated to acceptance tests of the new version of the platform to minimize the risk of introducing errors into the production environment.

Achieved Results

  • The client was able to announce the launch of the new platform version at the beginning of the new month,
  • The site was designed so that PWA (Progressive Web App) could later be used to deliver new features to mobile devices,
  • The client noted an increase in the target group’s reach on the platform,
  • The new version of the site provided the foundation for new functionalities that increase loyalty and positive end-user experiences.
